'Remarkable' A-level results see day of celebration at Ormskirk School

Ormskirk School's sixth form students are celebrating their outstanding A-level results.

At Ormskirk School, which is part of the Endeavour Learning Trust, A-level and vocational qualifications have seen significant improvement in results this year.

Outstanding results include 100 per cent A*-A in further maths and graphic art, 71 per cent A*-B in chemistry and IT, 100 per cent A*-C in Spanish and music, 40 per cent Distinction* or Distinction in business studies, 80 per cent A*-C in geography with 87 per cent of subjects achieved 100 per cent A*-E.
