New chief executive hopes to boost impact of city charity

A Preston charity has welcomed a new chief executive to lead their team.

Victoria Blakeman has taken up the role at Recycling Lives Charity and Social Enterprise to lead its offender rehabilitation, residential and food redistribution programmes.
The food redistribution programme takes surplus stock from the food retail supply chain and delivers it to charities and groups.
