MUM'S HEARTBREAK AT WAIT TO RECOVER SON'S REMAINS

- By ABBIE BRAY

THE mother of Fiongal Greenlaw-Meek, who perished in the Air India crash, has yet to recover his remains.

Fiongal and his husband Jamie, who lived in Ramsgate, were amongst the 242 passengers on board the flight, which came down on June 12, 2025, shortly after departing for London Gatwick from Ahmedabad.

Amanda Donaghey appeared on Monday's This Morning, where she spoke movingly with hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard about her son.

Both Ben and Cat also shared their warm recollections of Fiongal, who had previously featured as a guest on the programme.

Prior to the interview getting under way, Cat recalled: “The first time that we met him, he gave us a little bell, and some crystals, and some sage. I’ve still got mine.

“And he went around the studio, and he’s like, ‘Is that all right? Is that all right?’ I was like, ‘That's more than all right, you are just a gorgeous human being’ reports the Mirror.
