DEJAN KULUSEVSKI insists Tottenham must learn from their domestic struggles if they are to win the Europa League.

The Sweden maestro made his first top-flight start in more than eight weeks on Monday night as Spurs lost 2-1 at home to Nottingham Forest, for their 18th Premier League defeat of the season.

Ange Postecoglou's strugglers face Liverpool today and Kulusevski expects a response ahead of next week's European semi-final first leg against Bodo/Glimt.

On Spurs' inconsistency, he said: "It's been really frustrating. It's not enough doing it just against Eintracht Frankfurt, we can't then come out and concede the goals we did against Nottingham Forest.
