Someone won the largest-ever amount in Ireland on the EuroMillions and is now €250million richer.

The lucky punter is making arrangements to collect their cheque and has yet to decide whether they will keep their win private.

Which, in my view, is impossible. It's futile to try and hide that sum of money.

And there's not much point in winning a life-changing amount if it doesn't change your life.
