DAVID MOYES can see an Everton future in which Jack Grealish is part of the long-term effort to rebuild the club.

- BY JOE THOMAS

The Everton boss (below) has been pleased with the impact of the Manchester City loanee, who has quickly won over the Toffees fans.

He would like Grealish's love affair with the supporters to continue into next season - but City chiefs would need to budge on his valuation.

Moyes also accepted Grealish would need to be open to the move, highlighting his past relationship with Jesse Lingard as an example of him rejuvenating a player only to then find himself unable to convince him to stay.
