US & Russia to hold new ceasefire talks

TRUMP & PUTIN'S PEACE OF ACTION

US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin are expected to speak this week as the US tries to broker a ceasefire in the Ukraine war.

It would be the second publicised call between them since Trump began his second term in January.

White House special envoy Steve Witkoff who will travel to the Kremlin this week, said on CNN: "I think they are going to have a good and positive discussion.
