Toy-tal eclipse of the chart

THE Late Late Toy Show was the mostwatched programme on Irish TV last year, it's been revealed.

Irish viewers were also glued to The Traitors Ireland, watching Troy Parrott secure a playoff for Ireland, the AllIreland hurling and football finals.

They also tuned in for the Prime Time presidential debate and the Katie Hannon interviews in the run-up to the election.

The viewing figures released by TAM Ireland/Nielsen Media showed 45 of the Top 50 most-watched programmes across all channels available in Ireland were watched on the national broadcaster.
