Tui roars back at tour critics

SIONE TUIPULOTU has back at critics who say he shouldn't be on the Lions tour, insisting he is all-in for the trip Down Under.

The Australian-born centre has been at Glasgow since 2021 and qualifies for Scotland through grandmother Jaqueline Thomson, who hails from Greenock, and reckons he has proved his pride in the jerseys.

Tuipulotu is one of seven players born in Australia, South Africa or New Zealand in the 38-man squad, along with James Lowe, Bundee Aki, Mack Hansen, Duhan van der Merwe, Pierre Schoeman and Jamison Gibson-Park.
