SAFFRONS TO APPEAL CORRIGAN DECISION

ANTRIM are to appeal Ulster GAA's decision to fix their Ulster SFC clash with Armagh for Newry's Páirc Esler.

They are adamant that, as they were drawn out first, they should host the meeting with the All-Ireland champions at Corrigan Park on Saturday, April 12.

Ulster GAA president Michael Geoghegan (above) said he expects Antrim to appeal the venue choice, but reiterated Corrigan Park wasn't suitable to host the game.
