PALMER ROW TAKES GLOSS OFF CITY WIN

A MAJOR fall-out between Sergej Jakirovic and Kasey Palmer threatens to overshadow Hull's latest morale-boosting win.

Palmer (above) was axed from the squad after the Tigers' boss claimed the 28-year-old was not 'mentally ready' to face the struggling Blades.
Jakirovic didn't want to go into detail, but insisted the ball is very much in the experienced midfielder's court.
Palmer, who was taken off at halftime of the midweek draw with Preston, has left to linkup with the Jamaica squad for World Cup qualifying games.
