FUTURE OF SKIPPER SON UP IN THE AIR

TOTTENHAM boss Thomas Frank refused to provide any assurances over the future of Son Heung-min and may even take the captaincy off him - if he stays.

Son guided Spurs to Europa League success in May and in the process ended the club's 17-year trophy drought.

But Son has entered the final 12 months of his contract and has been linked with a move this summer.

And the speculation is only likely to increase after Frank's first media engagement as Tottenham head coach provided more questions than answers about the player.
