DAVY FITZGERALD hit back at his critics, including Antrim hurling legend Terence 'Sambo' McNaughton, following his side's five-point loss to Offaly yesterday.
The result condemned the Saffrons to the Joe McDonagh Cup for 2026 - a huge setback for the squad in Fitzgerald's first season in charge.
"I have so much respect for him (McNaughton)," said Fitzgerald.
