THE heartbroken and concerned community of Dundalk will come together at the weekend to honour and remember schoolboy Kyran Durnin as the murder probe continues.
This comes as gardai have confirmed that around 570 investigative actions and 29,500 hours of CCTV have been gathered as the murder probe into Kyran goes on nearly a year after he was reported missing.
Heartbroken locals in the Co Louth town, where Kyran attended school and lived for a number of years, are planning the candlelit vigil this Saturday to remember the youngster.
The event will take place at 6pm at Dundalk Square and those planning on attending are asked to bring a candle, photo of Kyran, a teddy or a sign.
