Calafiori sees signs Gunners are bound for special season

- BY JOHN CROSS

RICCARDO CALAFIORI says his sensational ‘scorpion block’ has left him convinced “big things" are going to happen.

Calafiori was still glowing about record-breaking wonderkid Max Dowman’s late goal against Everton, which the Arsenal defender said was the “best moment of the season”.

They now go into their Champions League return leg against Bayer Leverkusen all square but in high spirits.

Italy defender Calafiori said: “I believe that with these small things, big things normally happen.
