Neighbour, 66, denies wounding with intent to do grievous harm
A MAN stabbed his neighbour after they clashed while putting the bins out, a court heard yesterday.
The injured party suffered several wounds during the incident.
One resulted in his bowels protruding from an abdominal laceration.
James Cull, 66, of Raceview Heights in Ballymoney, Co Antrim, denies wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
At Belfast Crown Court, prosecuting barrister David McNeill said the incident between the two neighbours occurred just after midnight on August 14, 2023.
At that time, the men lived on two sides of a semi-detached house on the Whitewell Road in Newtownabbey.
