Man kneed in face mid-arrest

NEW footage shows an ICE agent appearing to knee a man in the face during a brutal arrest in Minneapolis.

The harrowing clip shows five federal officers atop one man as they attempt to detain him. A woman recording the incident can be heard asking them to "stop kneeing him in the face" after an officer is seen kneeing the man directly in the face, even as the man does not appear to be resisting.
