Lawlors can seek more legal aid to fight CAB

A CONVICTED Kinahan cartel bagman has been granted permission to seek more legal aid to hire a quantity surveyor as part of his battle to stop CAB from seizing his home.

The High Court heard yesterday from Patrick Lawlor and his wife Leonie that nine quantity surveyors have informed them they "are not in a position to act".

The couple are contesting the CAB case against them in which their house on Collins Avenue West in Dublin is being targeted. A quantity surveyor for the CAB claims €420,000 worth of works were carried out on the property.
