'Nervous Nitro' has to enjoy it

ONE person well-placed to give Harry advice is fellow Olympian and Gladiator Montell Douglas, who partnered Johannes Radebe on Strictly last year.

The athlete, aka Fire, said: "Nitro is nervous about everything!

"My advice to him is to take it all in as you go along as 11 weeks is an insane amount of time. But it will go quickly.

"I'm like, 'Go there and have fun and then take everything as it comes and just be proudly present. Be open to all the feelings and all the emotions, because you just never know what to expect'."

Montell, 39, said Harry was likely to notice physical changes as the gruelling training goes on.

She explained: "I found new superpowers inside my body that I never had before, because it was almost forced to develop and adapt."
