He banned red lipstick and gym, court hears
THE ex-partner of Sugababe Keisha Buchanan has appeared in court accused of assault and controlling behaviour.
Former footballer Taiwo Leo Atieno is said to have blocked the singer from visiting the gym, banned her from wearing red lipstick and told her when she was allowed to shower.
The 39-year-old, who played for Luton and Kenya, faces eight charges spanning 13 years.
He appeared in court for the bail hearing via video link from Wormwood Scrubs prison.
Atieno is charged with assaulting the founding Sugababe between January 2012 and January 2015 causing actual bodily harm.
