Feeling utterly lost overwhelmed and stressed in my 50s

I'm a woman in my early-50s and I'm feeling very overwhelmed by life right now.

I'm post-menopause, which I realise has an impact on how I'm feeling, but I think it goes deeper than that.

I feel very disconnected from everything friends, family, work and so on - and it's a real struggle to get out of bed if I'm honest. I don't feel 100% awful all the time it ebbs and flows. But I do know it doesn't take much for me to fall off the edge.

My daughter is struggling in school, I'm worried about money and work, and a lot of the time I feel paralysed by the stress. It feels overwhelming when I think about where to start sorting out my life.
