€62billion deal for Warner Bros

NETFLIX has agreed to buy the film and streaming business of Warner Bros Discovery for €62billion in a major deal.
The US streaming giant beat US rivals Comcast and Paramount Skydance after a drawn-out Hollywood bidding battle.
The deal includes the HBO Max streaming service and a vast catalogue of movies and series.
