Mulugu District Judge SVP Suryachandra Kala has issued a sensational verdict to award 20 years rigorous imprisonment to two accused in two separate POCSO cases and Rs. 10 lakh compensation to each of the victims. District SP Dr. P. Shabarish revealed the details to the media on Monday.
