Woman, 52, is 'seriously injured' after 'motorcycle collides with a pedestrian'

33-YEAR-OLD MAN ARRESTED
A MAN has been arrested after a woman was "seriously injured" in a motorcycle collision in Spring Bank on Friday night.
Humberside Police closed Spring Bank to traffic in both directions shortly after the incident was reported at 9:45pm. A 52-year-old woman was seriously injured and taken to hospital, the force said.
Humberside Police said a 33-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving, failing to stop at the scene of a collision, and failing to report a collision.
The force has appealed for witnesses or people who may have dashcam or CCTV to come forward.
