REVAMP BRINGS COMPETITION AND DEPTH

- By DAN TOMLINSON

Will recruitment pay off for Black & Whites?

Hull FC have undergone another big recruitment drive as they look to improve their squad for the 2026 season and beyond.

The Black and Whites have signed eight new players for next year, including the likes of Sam Lisone, James Bell, and Joe Batchelor. Their most recent signings are Joe Phillips and Arthur Romano, with competition and depth sought.

Forwards have been the main focus, with Hull stretched in the middle and on the edge this year.

It's hoped sufficient reinforcements have now been acquired, with size, power, and experience all added to the pack.

A number of contract renewals also ensures the squad keeps its bulk. Here is a breakdown of how things stand.

Hull are well stocked at fullback, with Pryce ready to kick on in his first full season at the club.
