Tigers expect big following for Boxing Day trip to struggling Owls

HULL City will likely be backed by their biggest following of the season when they make the short journey to face stricken Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday on Boxing Day.

City head to the Steel City on December 26, and will hope to strengthen their grip in the playoff race with victory at Hillsborough in front of a big Christmas crowd.
The Tigers have been handed 2,400 tickets in the upper tier of the Leppings Lane End of Hillsborough, with adults paying £30 to watch Sergej Jakirovic’s men go in search of a big win on the road.
