Police urge drivers to think about their actions when behind the wheel

HUMBERSIDE Police has issued reminder to people on the dangers of distracted driving.

The force said it continues to see collisions that could have been avoided if drivers had "taken greater care".
Police said they are constantly tackling dangerous driving behaviour, providing education, and enforcing road safety laws to protect all road users, whether behind the wheel or on two wheels.
Now, Humberside Police has issued a reminder to road users.
A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: "Every fatal collision we attend is a tragedy that didn't need to happen.
"Speeding, using your phone, driving under the influence, or a reckless judgement, just one second of these decisions can destroy lives forever. No journey is worth that risk.
