DEMOLITION OF PROPERTY WOULD PROVIDE A WIDER ACCESS POINT
PLANS have emerged for a housing development on a former playing fields off Anlaby Road.
An outline planning application has been submitted to Hull City Council for the homes which would be built on vacant land East of Kendal Way.
The application is for 63 homes on the 2.5 hectare former Smith and Nephew playing fields which have been unused for over three decades, according to submitted plans. Despite being officially out of use, the land has become popular with local dog walkers.
