Humberside Police advice ahead of Hull Fair’s return

THERE WILL BE A ‘ROBUST’ RESPONSE TO ANYONE COMMITTING CRIME
HULL Fair 2025 is well and truly on the horizon.
The annual event that has been welcomed into the city for hundreds of years will open at Walton Street on Friday, October 10.
Whether you will be there enjoying the fairground food, trying your luck at one of the games or taking in the views from the big wheel, Humberside Police has said its teams will be close by to make sure everyone has a great, and safe time.
Officers will be out and about throughout the event, supporting Hull City Council in its delivery, so that you can enjoy every aspect of what is considered Europe's biggest travelling funfair.
Officers, PCSOs and Special Constables will be in attendance, working alongside stewards for the council, so there will be plenty of friendly faces to help you out should you need it, said Humberside Police.
Superintendent Sharon Philpott said: “It's great to welcome Hull Fair back to the city for another year.
