Former Scotland striker Chris Iwelumo says it will be hard for Steve Clarke to leave Oli McBurnie out of the Tartan Army's World Cup squad if he continues his fine form for Hull City.

McBurnie returned from a nine-game injury layoff to score twice off the bench in the past week for City, notching goals against Wrexham and Millwall, picking up from where he left off before suffering a calf problem.

That's taken his tally for the season to nine in just 13 league and cup games, while he’s also registered an impressive four assists for the Tigers, who sit sixth in the Championship after 21 outings.
