TIGERS ARE CHASING DEADLINE DAY DEAL FOR LEEDS MIDFIELDER
HULL City want to sign midfielder Darko Gyabi from Yorkshire rivals Leeds United ahead of tonight's 7pm transfer deadline in a bid to bolster their engine room.
The 21-year-old Londoner has not played for the Whites and does not feature in Daniel Farke's plans this season as they look to secure their Premier League status, and the Elland Road club are open to a move.
City want to sign the midfielder, who can play anywhere across the middle of the park on loan for the rest of the season, and believe he can provide welcome competition.
While the Tigers are keen to sign the England Under-21 international, they cannot do so until they move a player out because of the situation they find themselves in.
