'Technical issue' for ferry leads to travel disruption

TRAVEL disruption hit the Port of Holyhead on Wednesday night after a technical issue involving a Stena Line ferry led to cancellations and delays on the A55.

The operator confirmed the vessel was moved following an issue during berthing, leading to disruption for passengers and local road users.

In a statement the following day addressing the incident, Stena Line said: "On Wednesday 25 March Stena Adventurer experienced a technical issue as it came into berth at Holyhead Port.
