POWER CUT FORCES SEA ZOO TO CLOSE ON BUSY DAY

A tourist attraction was forced to temporarily close on one of its 'busiest days' on Friday due to a power cut. Staff at Anglesey Sea Zoo in Brynsiencyn on the island, said the outage had left them 'frustrated and disappointed'.

Marine livestock was being kept safe with an emergency power supply, said the zoo. Fortunately, the zoo has now confirmed their power supply has been restored.
When the outage took place, Anglesey Sea Zoo staff posted on their Facebook page:
"URGENT NOTICE. TODAY WE ARE FORCED TO BE CLOSED. Just before we opened at 10am this morning our power supply went down and Scottish Power have informed us that it will be off all day.
