Crackdown sees eviction notices served on High Street

TWO premises have been served with eviction notices on a Gwynedd high street.

It comes as police and other organisations clamp down on issues including drug supply and anti-social behaviour in Bangor.

North Wales Police says its officers are continuing to work with partners to bring a positive change to Bangor High Street. Joint visits were recently conducted at 10 businesses in the city centre as part of a multi-agency initiative called Renew Bangor.

It aims to tackle key issues identified by the local community including drug supply, graffiti, anti-social behaviour, street drinking and sexual violence.
