DU panel agenda for meet: Focus on research, infra

The Delhi University academic council is scheduled to meet on Wednesday to discuss the varsity's revised strategic plan 2022-2047, which envisages an emphasis on research, international collaborations, and improved infrastructure.
Citing increasing costs, the plan will also look to expand philanthropic support and raise ₹100 crore annually, apart from receiving government funds.
The panel was unable to delve into the plan during its last meet on November 30, following which the university issued a notice, calling for an "emergent meeting" to discuss the document.
