BJP approaches LG to seek inquiry into power discoms

A delegation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders met Delhi lieutenant governor (LG) VK Saxena on Tuesday, demanding a probe into the working of two discoms supplying electricity to the Capital, alleging that irregularities in their working has led to ₹26,000 losses to the exchequer.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) hit back, claiming that Delhi's power distribution companies are rated the best in the country.
