Major (Retd) Sonia Sangwan, Mrs India World 2021, is a military veteran, corporate leader, international image coach, counsellor, ultrarunner, mountaineer and philanthropist. At a very young age, she has donned all these roles, proving that a leader is a leader in every field, be it battle or a boardroom. By winning the Mrs World crown at the international level, she has not only made India proud but has also proved that with confidence and dedication, a woman can comfortably walk in boots as well as in heels.

For achieving all these milestones, she gives credit to the training, experiences and challenges she faced while serving the nation through the Indian Army, which groomed her as a leader and gave her the confidence to handle any situation with discipline.
