Revision Filed Against Order Dismissing Plea Against Kangana

A revision was filed in the court of the district judge, Agra, challenging the order by the special court (MP/MLA), Agra, which dismissed a case filed by an Agra lawyer against BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on May 6.
AGRA:
The case dismissed was filed on September 11, 2024 over comments allegedly made by the MP about the farmers' agitation at the Delhi border.
"The revision has been filed on Friday and the court of the district judge is to hear the revision on June 2," said Rama Shankar Sharma, the counsel who was the petitioner in the dismissed complaint and has filed revision now.
