PM nixed J&K visit after intel alert on attack: Kharge

Hitting out at the Centre for the lack of security in Pahalgam when it was attacked by terrorists, Congress president Mallikarjuna Kharge said here on Tuesday that the Narendra Modi government should take responsibility for the death of 26 civilians, especially when the authorities had accepted intelligence failure.
