RANCHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested garrison engineer Sahul Ratusaria red-handed from his office near Club Road under the Hindpiri police station area in Ranchi while accepting ₹40,500 from a civil contractor for clearing a pending bill of ₹27 lakh, an agency official familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
