Multi-pronged strategy under work for paper leaks: Dilawar

After several cases of question paper leaks were reported in Rajasthan, the state government now plans to adopt a foolproof strategy to prevent such incidents, said school education minister Madan Dilawar, adding that transfer of teachers will be carried out after the completion of board exams.

The question papers will be set by different examiners so there is no scope for leakage, he added.

"Till now, one examiner makes the question paper for a particular subject. However, we plan to divide the question paper into sections as per syllabus. Each section will be prepared by a different examiner. So, four or five examiners will be involved with the drafting of the entire question paper, and a single person will not have the knowledge of the entire paper. Following this, the chances of paper leak will be almost nil," said Dilawar.

Regarding transfer of teachers, Dilawar said, "After the board exams get over, we will request chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, and once we get permission, the transfer process will begin."

On Grade-3 teachers' transfers, Dilawar said, "Whatever permissions we get, we will conduct those transfers."
