The Delhi high court on Friday sought a response from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on a plea filed by jailed Lok Sabha MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh alias Engineer Rashid seeking waiver of a trial court's condition asking him to bear expenses to attend the monsoon session of Parliament.
