Court Dismisses Rashid's Bail Plea in Terror Funding Case

A Delhi court on Friday dismissed the bail plea of Jammu & Kashmir lawmaker Engineer Rashid in a terror funding case.
NEW DELHI:
The order, passed by additional sessions judge Chanderjit Singh of the Patiala House court, came weeks after the Delhi high court on February 24 directed the trial court to expedite the matter.
