11 PERSONS INJURED IN CYLINDER BLAST IN BIHAR'S GOPALGANJ DISTT
The victim stated that his friend's elder brother, Musa, was celebrating his birthday on Wednesday. The party was being held at a hotel in Babu Bazar.
At the time, the victim was in Ramna Maidan. During the celebrations, Musa had an argument with another youth at the hotel over an issue. Subsequently, the youth, along with his friends, assaulted Musa. After receiving a phone call from Musa, the victim arrived at the hotel.
A first information report (FIR) has been lodged against the owner of the hotel and others. Three persons have been detained for interrogation," said the SHO.
NEW DELHI: The ministry of home affairs (MHA) has amended the model prison manual to address the issue of caste-based discrimination among inmates, officials aware of the matter said on Wednesday.
