Bihar Cong to launch 'Jai Babu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution' campaign from Feb

A day after Rahul Gandhi's address to the party workers in Patna, Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) on Sunday announced 'Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Constitution' campaign to be launched next month.

BPCC president Akhilesh Prasad Singh said that the statewide campaign would be kicked off in the second week of February from Champaran, Buxar and Rohtas. "Coordinators will also be appointed in each district for this programme, under which party leaders and workers would take the message of leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi to every nook and cranny of the state," said Singh.

Media department head of the BPCC, Rajesh Kumar Rathore, said that the main objective of the campaign was to sensitise the people of the deprived sections, particularly the other backward classes, extremely backward castes, scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, about their judicious representations in the government as per their share in the population.
