NEW DELHI: The Union government has recovered over 40% of misappropriated funds under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) in West Bengal, minister of state for rural development Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani told Parliament on Tuesday.
