Man dies by suicide after fight with wife

A 36-year-old man allegedly died by suicide in Greater Noida’s Beta 2 area on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday, police said, adding that his wife also attempted suicide and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital and is critical.

According to police, the couple would allegedly often fight over the man returning late after work. His wife would tell him to return early and he often told her that it was not possible in his job, officers said.
