It was a mental challenge: Milind on cycling 600km from Mumbai to Goa

Actor Milind Usha Soman completed a 600km journey from Mumbai to Goa on June 30 – cycling 90km and running 21km each day for five days. Documenting the feat on Instagram, he described the experience as “amazing”. Speaking to us, he shares, “It was never a plan or challenge; it was a test for my mind and body.”

Known for his disciplined approach to health and fitness, Milind looks at such endurance efforts as “personal fitness checks. “It’s something I do once or twice a year,” he says, adding, “It could be for a few days, but I surely do something that is fun and full of new learnings.”
