19-yr-old rapes 16-yr-old girl in Gzb, arrested

A 19-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl with the help of a female relative of the victim, and circulating a video of the assault, police said on Friday, adding that the woman is absconding.
GHAZIABAD:
The incident took place three months ago in Shalimar Garden in Ghaziabad. The man and the victim are neighbours, police said. The woman relative is 25 years old, police said.
