ED searches Gensol premises under FEMA, detains Puneet Jaggi

The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday carried out searches against Gensol Engineering Limited in connection with a foreign exchange management act (FEMA) probe, officials familiar with the development said.
NEW DELHI:
Officials added that the agency also recorded the statement of co-promoter Puneet Singh Jaggi.
Among the places raided by ED were premises in Delhi, Gurugram and Ahmedabad.
The promoter brothers of the company - Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi are under the scanner of the federal probe agency following a SEBI report against them for alleged financial misconduct and diversion of funds.
